    Caution: In odd-numbered years (2007, 2009, etc.), the FPPC filing schedule for County General Purpose Recipient Committees (GPRCs) does not include pre-election filing and, therefore, is not applicable to San Francisco GPRCs because the latter committees potentially file pre-election reports in any year.  See S.F. Campaign & Governmental Conduct Code Section 1.135 or call the Ethics Commission office.
