Automated Client Supervision Management System Request for Proposals
The City and County of San Francisco Adult Probation Department (APD) invites proposals from qualified firms* to establish and maintain an automated client supervision management system (“System”) for at least 3,500 Users and Clients. The System should provide a case management function to allow APD officers to manage their case loads more efficiently. Clients under lower risk level supervision will report to their probation officers through System-scheduled telephone calls. Services shall include System planning and management, including but not limited to, requirements and design, integration, testing, acceptance, deployment, and maintenance. User support 24 hours a day, 365 days per year is required.
*Each Proposer must demonstrate that it meets the Minimum Qualifications described in RFP Attachment V to be considered for evaluation. Please check these Minimum Qualifications before starting work on a proposal.
