Civil Grand Jury Addendum – “Sharing
the Roadway: From Confrontation to Conversation” recommended a number of
actions, but responses to the Superior Court by identified city departments and
this committee were restricted to those findings/recommendations on the
report. There is a proposal on the table
for additional recommendations to be added to the plan through resolution.
